David Sanders
Managing Director

David has over 15 years experience in dealing with supply chain business problems and the relevant tools and techniques available to provide solutions in a wide variety of industries. He has held senior positions with Deloitte Consulting (Supply Chain practice leader), AT Kearney(Principal operations) and Dawson Consulting (Managing Partner) and has been responsible for sales, delivery, methodology development, alliance development, recruitment and training. He is ALG’s founder and Managing Director in Australia.

Selected experience includes:

  • Developed a managed consulting service that delivers detailed ‘Cost to Serve’ information to clients on a regular basis
  • Led a number of international consulting teams to conduct a range of assignments such as : identify and assess global best practice ( Airline on time performance), reengineer global supply chains using supply chain technology ( Paperlinx, Pacific Dunlop, BP)
  • Responsible for a series of projects for one of Australia’s major Pharmaceutical companies ranging from supply chain reengineering to activity based costing. These projects identified and realised wholesale changes to the business strategy and operations and led to a relationship spanning over 3 years .
  • Led a team of 23 expert witnesses providing expert advice relating to Strategic Cost Management in one of Australia’s largest arbitrations involving the treatment and allocation of supply chain costs dealing with joint products.
  • Reengineered the logistics function of several major Australian manufacturing organisations to manage the dynamics of their supply chain. Related projects include rationalising production capabilities and schedules between multiple operating units, installation of Advanced Production Scheduling systems and Activity Based Costing. Results included substantial decreases in inventory with simultaneous increases in responsiveness.

Anthony Jordan
Senior Technical Architect

Anthony has over 17 years experience in ABC/M, Performance Management and Planning solutions. He has held positions with vendors OROS, Hyperion and ALG.

Besides his extensive knowledge in ABC/M and the product, has been involved in numerous logistics implementations

  • SAB Beer Division, where planning, drop sizes, distribution capacity, route profitability and customer interaction on the best way to serve them
  • XPS Services (parcels), costing of capacity throughout the value chain, product and customer profitability and route profitability
  • Allied Publishing, distribution costs for newspapers and weeklies
  • Druggists Distributors, warehousing and distribution costs, route profitability.
  • TNT Express (parcels) , route profitability, product and customer profitability
  • Queensland Rail, service profitability of various routes

 

Stefan Romiti
Business Development Manager

Stefan has over 16 years experience in sales, account management, sales strategy, marketing, business and sales planning.

Selected experience includes:

  • IBM, Business Development Manager
  • Gartner, Senior Account Executive
  • BCA, Business Development Manager
  • Lodin, Major Account Manager & Business Development Manager

Stefan’s role at ALG Software includes:

  • Develop and execute the account management plan for existing clients
  • Develop and manage new accounts.
  • As ALG Australia expands, develop an organization capable of providing ALG clients with a complete experience including design, configuration, installation, consulting, commissioning, help desk and on going support.
